I was looking for a 1 bed 1 bath condominium in a specific part of Denver for the right price. The area I was looking into was about 30sq miles large. With that small of an area I thought I would be looking for years, but with Elizabeth's hard working style and years in the industry it took less than 1 year. The market for those types of homes was totally a sellers market. i first contacted Elizabeth, to start the search back in the early part of winter of 2016. We looked at more than a few condos, until I found one that suited my wants and needs. After months of searching/viewing, I finally won the bidding (due to Elizabeth) competition in late Oct. of 2016. Elizabeth contacted the seller's agent to determine exactly how much I should bid, in order to beat all the other offers. By contacting the seller's agent she saved me a thousand dollars on a successful bid in the ultra competitive market for 1 bed/1 bath condos. She was very courteous and very interested in showing me potential buys, regardless of time, or day. If I had to sell my current place, I would use her as an agent to sell and as a buyer's agent for my next new-to-me place.
